Protecting The Space We Are Building (had to ban a member)
Just a quick post highlighting who we are and what this community is aiming to do:
Simply put, we are looking for self-connection, together.
We are a community exploring meditation, visualization, and inner work. Blending science, spirituality, and lived experience.
We are here for conversations and connection on like minded topics, a space to support each other and share resources.
Today, I had to ban a member for blatant (and off topic) self promotion, along with DM spam. Thank you for those who reported (click the three dots on top of a post and click report to admin).
I want to find a balance between keeping the community focused, whilst also allowing for exploration, evolution and connection.
I need your input and help on this to navigate the line!
Basically if you have created something, or want support creating something, that is fine, provided that it is offered in a way that isn't just blatant self-promo and aligns with the overall purpose of the group - indeed if it is aligned we want you to share it!
Also, we are doing a Art of Self-Connection podcast where we will be exploring different group members in depth. This is a great way to really dive into and share what you are working on and offering etc - DM me if you would like to be interviewed!
