I'm having a hard time overthinking these days so this helped me ground myself a little bit :) I know the drill and I know I should sit with my emotions and observe them but sometimes I feel like I forgot how to do that. But yeah, it's true that it's easier to do it for the 2nd or 3rd time once you have an example where you already handled a situation like that. I might be escaping these feelings because they are too heavy >.< But I'll get back to them in order to let them go and help myself!
