Tonight's class: Under One Roof: what I brought home from the HYBE camp

Tonight we are back in session, and I came home with a lot.

Last week there was no class because I was inside the HYBE songwriting camp with LAFC. You do not skip a room like that. So tonight I am paying it forward and turning that week into your lesson.

Here is what we cover:

- BET weekend, the media room and the red carpet, and how to work a room so it actually compounds

- The studio sessions producing two new records for FLO, the UK R&B group carrying the torch

- Who HYBE really is, the company behind BTS, and the labels under that roof

- Ethiopia Habtemariam and J Valentine, two of the most important builders in the room

- The writers in that camp, including the team behind a record running up the Billboard charts right now

- Then we open Logic together and I walk you through the actual sounds I used on the productions

The theme tonight is simple. The intern never graduates. Being under the same roof as the best in the world is a blessing and a privilege. The lesson is what you do with that proximity once you get home.
