Today we focus on the upper back and shoulders, where we often carry tension and stress.
Move gently and breathe deeply. Simple movements and steady breath can do a lot to ease anxiety and release tightness.
Some days feel off (l was having one of those mornings). Workouts can feel harder than usual. That’s okay. Keep showing up for yourself anyway.
