Some days we feel steady and strong. Other days things feel off. That’s life. Balance shifts.
Challenges come. We rise, we stumble, we begin again.
Happiness isn’t about feeling good all the time. Struggle, sacrifice, and difficulty are part of the human experience too. Today we practice accepting what is, moving with presence through it all.
