Five Things To Try This October
  1. Write down one thing you're grateful for everyday.
  2. Try meditating for 10-15 in the morning before you do anything else.
  3. Be outside in natural light for at least 30 minutes everyday.
  4. Declutter one space in your home for a fresh start to the new season.
  5. Set an intention for the last 3 months of 2025. Why wait until January to make a change?
