You can do hard things.
Today is probably one of the hardest days I’ve had in prep. I don’t know what it is, but everything was hard. 🤣😱 from the moment I woke up I was like wow I don’t feel rested at all. And let me tell you the entire day I felt at all. I was still able to get my 15,000 steps in. Water and food on point. Waist training done. Four for the core. And a gigantic leg workout that took me over an hour and a half. Lots of posing and stretching. To include a full workday. And then I finally unpacked my suitcase Ope. We got another trip coming up so I have to get my laundry. Anywhoooo. We all have problems. We all have things going on. We are all busy. Focus on the good. Be present where your feet are. If you’re feeling overwhelmed.. take a moment for yourself to sit in silence or journal. If you’re feeling a little sad, poor into yourself and read something. Go out there and be great.
