The May Standard:

2. The Gut Protocol: We are eliminating the bloat by prioritizing gut health and protein.
- The Check-In: Post your 'Core & Greens' photo daily. Show us you doing the work.. taking the supplements or eating healthier.

I don't go a single day without these three things:
