How are you preparing for the fun week ahead! I will be traveling + normal work load + normal lifting routine = CHAOS no matter how I prepare😮💨 BUT what will help me enjoy the time + keep me grounded is preparing my protein in advance! I have been on the same meal plan for several weeks now. I don’t plan on getting off of it anytime soon. So on a week like this, I like to keep everything as stable as possible. To include the same meals leading up to Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! I’ll be enjoying some food off plan but realistically, I love keeping everything the same. That’s what works for me!
