I am having the same thing off of my meal for weeks! I love keeping it simple. I can make so many different variations of chicken and rice. Gosh.. add fruit!! 🍌 bananas.. almond butter OR pineapple 🍍 or mangos and some general tso sauce. I always have chicken and rice prepped! Along with ground beef cooked!
