How to maintain this for summer...! You don’t need to be perfect. You need to be consistent with the basics:

✔️ Support your gut
✔️ Eat with intention
✔️ Stay aware of how you feel
What to look for moving forward:
- Energy levels
- Digestion
- Bloating
- Consistency
