How to maintain this for summer...! You don’t need to be perfect. You need to be consistent with the basics:
✔️ Move daily
✔️ Support your gut
✔️ Eat with intention
✔️ Stay aware of how you feel
What to look for moving forward:
  • Energy levels
  • Digestion
  • Bloating
  • Consistency
This is the system. These are the tools I personally use to stay consistent. You don’t fall off… You just stay in it. Who is still showing up for the final days of 4 for the Core!?
