Struggling to remember to fill in the gaps?!
My little secret weapon to remember that I’m taking my supplements that are going to support me.. all I do is make sure I have some event that goes with it! For example, I always take my colostrum while making breakfast!! I always take my micro factor with meal 2! I switched to taking my opti-greens 50 with my magnesium before bed! It’s just finding where you can do it most consistently! So if you’re someone that is struggling to remember to do it or don’t entirely love doing it.. just simply schedule it in so you don’t have to think about it and get that desire of not wanting to 🙏🫶🏻 Remember the importance of why we’re taking them.. We need to fill in the gaps and treat our bodies like the machine that they are!’
