This is what I’m trying to say! Stop making protein bars, a part of your regular diet. Use them every once in a while, but they should not be something that you’re consuming every single day. Start eating Whole Foods options. I’m telling you right now. It’s all marketing. Stop looking at something and it says high protein and automatically assuming it’s healthy. It’s all lies. Eat Whole Foods options.
