On a serious note.. this is what stress can do to the body. It was holding off so well (inflammation/weight) and then BOOM week 1 into my cut and I’m UP WEIGHT. Less food. Burning more. But you can’t outwork stress people. Am I going to stress myself out more by restricting and hating my body?! Oh heck no. We have been through a terrible break up. All we can and should do is follow the path. Lots of self love. Drinking water. Moving body. Resting. 😴 and will all come down with time. You can’t force it. The photos are one week apart. Same thing with weight! All to show what inflammation looks like in the body! I am half inch all around bigger waist/thighs/glutes.
