She told me something that I think a lot of moms need to hear… She didn’t magically create more time.
She just stopped putting herself last. She’s a mom of 4, works part time, and her husband runs a busy farm and ranch. Life is FULL. And for a long time, her biggest excuse was: “I don’t have time.”
But somewhere along the way, that mindset shifted. Not because life suddenly slowed down or that she found extra hours in the day. She just started showing up for herself consistently.
She told me one of the biggest things coaching helped her with was accountability and learning how to simplify things instead of overcomplicating them.
She used to think tracking food was “too hard.” Now she pre-logs most of her meals with ease. This stopped being a “fad” for her. It became her lifestyle.
She said the Intentional Energy version of herself is the BEST version of herself. Not just physically, but mentally too.
A better mom.
A better wife.
A better nurse.
More patient.
More grounded.
More intentional.
And now her boys even love walking and working out with her That’s why this matters. Because when women finally start taking care of themselves, everybody around them benefits too.
