What broke the standard: Missed Integrity Check
Lesson learned: I didn’t go into my office and make sure I completed all tasks for the day. One of my tasks is to post my integrity check.
Moving forward: Before I get ready for bed, I will make sure all my tasks are complete no matter how tired I am.
