Navigating The 4th of July🍻
Now with celebration can come drinks, can come foods off your normal routine, and can come with routines being thrown out of whack. But you know what the good news is? I’ve got 3 things that you can do to help yourself stay on track AND enjoy your 4th of July:
Pre-plan your day and prioritize protein early
Get your movement in early before the festivities begin
Take a day “off” of your normal plan… Then get back on track tomorrow!
No matter which of these that you can fit into your schedule, I’m confident you can be in a great spot.
