I want to take a second to celebrate something big. We officially hit 50 people inside the Intentional Energy Skool community!! A goal I set for the end of December and we did it together. 💙That number matters because it’s not just growth… It’s 50 people choosing intention. 50 people showing up, learning, asking questions, and committing to higher standards. And this is just the beginning.
Where we’re going as a community:
• More structure
• More education
• More confidence in the gym
• More support, accountability, and momentum
• Stronger challenges that actually build consistency
This space is becoming the foundation. The place where people learn how to show up for themselves long-term, not just for a few weeks. If you’re here, you’re part of shaping what this turns into.
