Introduce yourself here!
I want to get to know you all, not just your bios, but the real, visceral architects behind the screen. Please drop a post in the community and answer these three questions: 1. Your Name and Your Why: Introduce yourself and briefly tell us why you felt compelled to join the challenge. 2. The Current Texture of Your Narrative: Using the language we use here, describe the single, most dominant texture of your life right now. 3. The Aspirational Texture: Think about your favorite memory from your life. Can you use just three words to describe the texture of that moment? (e.g., Warm, Expanding, Still or Crisp, Loud, Free). I can't wait to read your honest narratives and see the texture you're aiming for! Drop your introductions below and let's start building this intentional community together.
The Superpower Blueprint
The Setup (1 Minute) 1. Identify Your Strength: Quickly think of one of your strongest positive character traits (e.g., curiosity, kindness, humor, perseverance, love of learning, honesty). Choose the one you feel most authentically you. 2. Define the Action: Think of a specific, recent time (in the last week or two) when you used this strength effectively to achieve a small goal, help someone, or overcome a minor challenge. The Creation (3 Minutes) On a piece of paper, in a notebook, or in a document: 1. Give Your Strength a Name/Image: Instead of "kindness," maybe it's "The Empathy Engine" or "The Radiant Bridge." If it were an image, what would it look like? (e.g., a sturdy oak tree for perseverance, a bright lightbulb for curiosity). 2. Draw/Sketch/Describe the Scene: In 3 minutes, create a quick visual or written sketch of the specific scene you recalled in Step 2 of the setup. The Wrap-Up (1 Minute) Stop creating! Look at what you've made. 🤔 Reflection Question Based on your creative piece, answer this single question: What is one small, deliberate action you can take in the next 24 hours to use this Superpower in a brand new context, ensuring a moment of joy or accomplishment? (e.g., If your strength is Humor, and you used it to cheer up a friend, could you now use it to brighten up a tedious work email?)
The Gift of the Work in Progress
5-Minute Moment: Unwrapping Forgiveness This week, give yourself the ultimate Christmas gift that doesn't cost a dime. Think of one area in your life (creative, personal, or wellness) where you feel like a "newbie" or where you are visibly "a work in progress." Your Challenge: Write down/doodle one thing you will intentionally forgive yourself for this week so that you don't carry it into the holidays. It might be a mistake, a messy first attempt, or simply needing to rest. Embracing the "messy middle" and forgiving yourself is how you make space for more clarity and joy in the new year.

5-Minute Moment: The Adaptation Blueprint
Take a moment and think about one thing in your life this year that firmly landed in the "didn't work" column (big or small). Your Challenge: Instead of judging it, acknowledge that it served its purpose by showing you what to avoid. Now, propose one small, intentional creative pivot for it. This isn't about fixing everything; it's about seeing failure as data. Write down the small change (the new medium, the new routine, the new mindset) you will adopt to make that area more joyful and sustainable in the new year.
