5 Struggles
- - i am very insecure of who i am and what i look like. Growing up i was always the fat friend, growing up in a hispanic household i was always made fun of for being fat, by my family members. I started seriously lifting at the age of 15, by 18 i peaked at 250 lean, i got distracted and lost weight and got fat again, ended up joining the military in hopes it would change me and it did for a year but then i got injured and got fat again, finally in 2023 i saw a photo of me holding my newborn and i decided enough was enough i dove headfirst into body building, this still hasnt repaired my insecurity, i still hate taking off my shirt, i do hate when people make jokes or talk about my size in general, its been a very difficult task to overcome
- I have always been insecure of my intelligence and my capability, I always surrounded myself with people who I thought were smarter and in better positions than me in life, in hopes they’d rub off, and unknowingly to no fault of their own, at times even my closest friends would put me down. So academically i put myself in a bad spot because i had a fear of failure so at the time i wouldve rather acted stupid and fail/do bad on purpose and look like i didnt give a fuck in order to be the cool one, rather than be more confident in myself and do well, even though i would always pass my exams and get great grades on projects it was the day to day that i let fall through and hurt me
- value and money have always been a foreign concept to me, growing up i was blessed to have parents that worked hard and got us far, but it wasnt always consistent and there were roadblocks, we were always comfortably in the middle but it never truly felt stable enough and there were some rough moments, part of me joining the military was the financial stability and value that it brought to the table.
- I am exceptionally intolerant of mediocrity even though i find myself to be extremely mediocre. I hate seeing people that can go far but choose not to, i hate seeing people that can make things happen but stop themselves, i know that i can do things better, learn more, work harder, get further, but I consistently find myself ruining my progress and jeopardizing my work because for whatever reason i am afraid to succeed because of a fear to fail.
- I am extremely introverted and i hate going out, i get extremely uncomfortable in large crowds or in front of people, regardless of how it may seem in the eyes of others, I don't like engaging in conversation and i find myself constantly avoiding conversations or interactions with people. So much so that i intentionally make my self more imposing or more threatening to throw people off

5 Contrasting Wins:
- Physique: since ive dialed in and fully committed to bodybuilding my view on my physique has improved a lot, i obviously still struggle with things but I'm much more confident, and I believe it's due to repeated exposure and tracking progress. Being forced to see my constant progress has been insane
- Intelligence : being a coach in the bodybuilding/lifestyle scope has shown me that im as smart as i believed i was, but its also shown me not to tolerate the bs from people who come off as intelligent but are not, obviously there are times where i feel im intellectually inadequate due to missing small details but having clients and seeing my own results as well as consulting with and fixing other peoples issues and lives has shown me that i am much smarter than i let up to me and it has helped a lot
- Running my business and seeing the work i put in for the return i get has definitely helped make value and money easier to understand, i had tried multiple classes in the past but nothing beats earning it and seeing your hard work come to fruition, especially when getting paid what you’re worth
- While im still intolerant to mediocrity and i do see it in myself at times ive also been blessed to see how far from mediocrity i actually am, im 23, 250lbs lean, on prep for a show, ran a marathon last year and a 23 min 5k at 250lbs because of the foundation and groundwork I've put in day in and out to achieve my goals and realistically i just tell myself its normal until true mediocrity shows itself in others and i realize im not that mediocre.
- Whilst i still hate going out and im still introverted, the lifestyle I've told myself to live has made it increasingly easy to be outgoing and to make connections and friendships that last, i still hate it dont get me wrong being a people person has been much easier because im constantly in a position where people seek me for my experience, validation, and guidance
Hooks:
- I always thought my confidence was based around where i was and how i looked in that moment, what changed EVERYTHING for me was realizing something in the opposite direction
- You dont hate your physique because it isnt good enough, you hate it because you’re looking at it the wrong way, let me walk you through it
- I used to think LOSING the weight would fix how i looked at myself, but i wasn’t even close

Now i see who i really am because i realized the process is where the confidence actually lies, week after week of compounding progress..and before you know it, im standing in rooms pants down and flexing every chance i get which is weird
(Visual Concept)
Maybe a quick collage of my transformation and Posing clips

But id genuinely rather be happy, weird and confident than unhappy, normal, insecure
