Hey, my name is Beth. I am new to IG 4 R*tards.

I am a former D1 All-American soccer player whose professional dreams got cut short due to injuries. I am an ICU nurse turned Medical Device Sales leader, mom of 2 beautiful kids, and fitness/wellness enthusiast looking to launch my social media platform. My faith is what gives my life purpose. My goal is to build a personal brand to leave corporate life, targeting high-performance mindset coaching and brand deals.
