Criteria of Catholicism
Hey guys! Over the next three weeks I’ll be reading Steven Ray’s “Upon This Rock” as part of my summer research project to determine if I should join the Catholic church.
For this project, I wanted to develop some criteria that, if answered, would compel conversion. It seems kinda easy, for example, “Jesus set up an infallible Petrine office” could be a criterion. My question is, which exact propositions should be proven true for one to accept Catholicism? Also any input on the book I’m about to read would be appreciated.
