And with that final touch, I am ready.

The seminar for Monday has been tweaked, updated, refined and made even more powerful.

Perfect, because the audience deserves that. They deserve to break free of the chains of lateral violence and I will be there to help them.

And my speech for Thursday is now profound, thought-provoking, encouraging and powerful.

Perfect, because the audience deserves that. And so do the students of the teachers I will be speaking too. They all deserve good soil. They all need good medicine.

No cookie cutter presentations. No words shared a thousand times. Not in my world. With Creator's guidance, even the same ole seminar has new slides, new thoughts, new examples. My offerings grow as I grow, after all. Their power and impact increases along with my wisdom and to me, that just makes sense.

A video to shoot so my team can be working on that while I am gone and then ... nothing left but the packing on Sunday.

It has been a busy week. I have been busy creating good soil for those I work with to thrive in. I have been busy being good medicine to all who read or hear my words. And I wouldn't want it any other way.
