Gathering the Results
With my last event done, it is now time to do the analysis.
How many events DID I do this year (and compared to last)?
Revenue this year (gross and net and compared to last)?
How many Indigenous events? How many non-Indigenous? (Did I balance the feather?)
How many products did I sell?
Am I happy with what I did?
The easiest question to answer is the last and the answer is a resounding YES!
YES, I enjoyed the ride!
YES, I am proud of the work!
YES, I have more to do ... next year.
But first, the analysis.
Because the numbers don't lie.
Track your numbers, my speaker friend, even if you are just starting out because NOTHING brings more joy than comparing your numbers from year 10 to year 1.
