Redefining Success and Spirituality & Inner Work
Hi everyone,
I wanted to share a few reflections from yesterday's ID@Work Skill Builder session on redefining success — a topic that seems to be alive for many right now.
A few threads that stayed with me:
  • The moment when the old definition of success no longer fits
  • The identities and expectations we have to let go of in that process
  • The tension of being "in-between" — where the new isn't clear yet
  • How inner development skills support this transition (self-awareness, discernment, boundaries…)
  • And the reminder that our role is not to define success for others, but to support their discovery of it

Coming up next week on Tuesday, April 7th, 8.30am:
our Skill Builder on Spirituality & Inner Work — exploring the intersection of spiritual practice and inner development, including whether spirituality is reflected in the 23 IDG skills or whether something is missing. It's a topic we don't talk about enough. I hope you'll join us.
Warmly,
Sarah (& Nadene)
