Thank you to everyone who joined yesterday’s connection call!
It was truly inspiring to hear from each of you and to feel the collective energy towards creating impactful change together. Your active participation is exactly what makes this community so unique and powerful.
One key outcome from our call was a strong interest in 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐬. These groups will each focus on a 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 that were identified in your onboarding responses – the very challenges that many of us are working to address in our own organizations and with clients.
