Deals are being announced already one week out (28 Nov-1 December) CPMs are tripling at this time. Work on averages, not exacts. Move your focus from Cost Per Lead to Cost Per New Patient. Focus on SMS, Email, and calls. work your lists. Actions that you can control. Expect December to ease, then Jan will be where the cheapest lead arbitrage is. Spend moderately now, push through Jan."

This month MVP is a special one for me as I have worked with Dr. Brandon in clinic before and he is a personal friend of mine. Four months ago he was stuck in an associate position he didn't want to be in and he had no idea what his options where. After a few conversations (and a few rounds of golf ⛳️), we laid out his options, worked out how he wanted to practice and found a location he could see himself for the next 5-10 years. Now he is opening his own practice in November. He has a single room practice with gym access in Campsie, a content plan and he has just created his first set of ads. All on his own (okay, with some help). The most common blocker for chiro's learning how to market, is their own overthinking. But don't forget that any action is better than no action at all. He is another example of a chiro who decided they wanted to take control of their own future and learn all aspects of the business. I know we have all had enough of the adjusting montages, Y strap pulls and now the A.I. chiros throwing patients through walls. But getting adjusting footage is how you showcase your skills. If you do it right, you can sprinkle it amongst your organic posts and ads to show people and inside look at how you operate.
