Welcome to Ina Village: A Free Community for Mothers Who Are Done Carrying It Alone. This is not a parenting group. This is not a space to perform fine. This is your village. 🌿 Ina Village is a free community created by Janarra Anderson — birth and postpartum doula, matrescence educator, and mother of four, for mothers who are exhausted in a way they can’t quite explain and ready to finally have language for what they’ve been living. Inside this group you’ll find: ✅ Weekly education on matrescence — the word that changes everything ✅ Real conversations about the mental load, the default parent pattern, and what real support looks like ✅ Access to the free Ina Circles every Tuesday at 2pm ET — community talk + Coming Back to Body somatic practice ✅ A matrescence classroom on Skool + YouTube — yours to access anytime ✅ A community of mamas who already know what you mean before you finish the sentence There are two rules here: 1. Matrescence Monday 🌿
No one really prepares you for this part… Matrescence is the transformation a woman goes through when she becomes a mother. Not just physically, but emotionally, mentally, and even in your identity. It’s why you can feel: - Overwhelmed but grateful - Lost but deeply in love - Exhausted but still showing up Nothing is “wrong” with you. You’re not failing. You’re becoming. And that process? It’s messy, beautiful, and real. What part of this resonates with you? 💭
