I thought I would share these two photos of my sleep score. The first one was from Sunday night (day before reset), and the second is from last night.
For the last few weeks my sleep has been pretty rough… a new born will do that to you. But just one day in, following the reset and the sleep support pdf my sleep score sky rocketed. It’s early days but staying consistent with these simple practices I should start to really move the needle.
