Day 1 - Let’s Go!
Welcome to Day 1 of the 21-Day Reset.
For the next 21 days, I encourage you to go all in on the simple practices inside this program. Not because they’re complicated or extreme, but because consistency with the basics is often where the biggest shifts happen.
A little tip: many of these practices can be stacked together.
☀️ Do your 5-minute breathing flow while getting your morning sunlight.
💧 Hydrate before you caffeinate.
🚶 Get outside for a short walk while listening to one of the guided recordings.
The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is to create momentum and build a few simple habits that help you feel more calm, energised, focused, and grounded.
If you have a wearable device, this is a great opportunity to track a few markers over the next 21 days:
• Resting heart rate
• Sleep score• HRV• Daily steps
• Energy levels
It can be interesting to see what changes when you consistently focus on the fundamentals.
Remember, this challenge isn’t about adding more stress to your life. It’s about returning to the basics and giving your nervous system what it needs to function well.
