Alright crew, we’re bringing the 21-Day Reset back… and this time we’re doing it together.
Starting this Monday inside the community.
Over the 21 days we’ll be focusing on:
simple breathing practices
• nervous system regulation
• grounding routines
• better sleep and energy
• attention and presence
• building consistency with simple daily habits
This isn’t about perfection or extremes, it’s about getting back to basics and creating momentum together as a community.
And this time around, I’ll also be running weekly LIVE calls for everyone joining the Reset.
These will include:
• Q&A
• guided practices
• coaching/education
• accountability
• and a chance to connect with others doing the challenge alongside you.
Our first LIVE call will be this Sunday, 10 am AEST, the day before we begin, so we can all come together, get aligned, and kick things off properly.
Additional weekly calls will be announced throughout the Reset.
