Choose one daily:
- 10 Rounds:
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Air Squats

- 12-Minute EMOM:
- Min 1 – 10 Dumbbell Snatches (Alt)
- Min 2 – 12 Sit-ups
- Min 3 – 8 Push-ups

- 15-Minute AMRAP:
- 200m Run or 1-Min Jump Rope
- 10 Jumping Lunges
- 10 Mountain Climbers (each leg)
