For the next 7 days, your mission is simple:
➡ Act as if you’ve already committed 100%.
➡ Every rep, every bite, every choice reflects the version of you that’s already all in.
💡 Examples of how to live it out:
– Show up to your workout and add 1 more set than you planned.
– Prep your meals like you’re fueling an athlete, not “dieting.”
– Turn your phone on Do Not Disturb for 1 focused hour of recovery or journaling.
📲 How to Participate
Post your daily “All In” wins on the Mindset Discussion Board:
– “Got up at 5AM, no excuses.”
– “Pushed through an extra 500m on the rower.”
– “Skipped Netflix, read 10 pages on performance mindset instead.”
