ARE YOU EASY RUNS EASY?
“Easy runs should feel easy.”
Ask:
“Do you think you run your easy runs too fast (or too hard)?”
These sessions should be about ticking things over, active recovery, building low end aerobic fitness.. and balancing your week of different effort workouts.
They shouldn’t be seen as “I need to feel like I did a solid workout otherwise it was a waste” as this will end up in overtraining.
