27 MINUTE PB!!!!!
HUGE Congratulations to Lourds Adalia who swam the Oceanman Dubai 2km Open Water Swim today… SMASHING her time from last year by 27mins!!!
We got her to focus on a couple of cue words to help focus, stay present and execute better performance.. and she nailed it!!
Lourds backs up tomorrow with a Sprint Tri!! #machine
