Scaling ads profitably feels harder than it should… anyone else?
Quick question for people actively running ads here. Do you ever feel like traffic and clicks aren’t the real problem, but turning that traffic into consistent profit is where things get messy? I see a lot of people talk about creatives, tracking, and scaling, but conversions, funnels, and post-click experience seem to be where margins quietly die. For those already profitable, what made the biggest difference for you, better data, better offers, or better pages? Would love to hear different perspectives.

Have you actually started the year where you want to be? The biggest lesson I learned through business before selling was the art of resources and maps. When everything is going well you still want to have resources available for when it all goes wrong and vis versa. When business is poor and the tide shifts, using the least resources to then increase the volume is where you will always win. Study banks, blackrock and you will understand what I mean. Also be ok with the course of the plan changing, if you don't you will doom your team, business and life. Have a plan but be ok with the tide of the market. As the market is what controls you.
