Hey guys! It’s Monday! Fresh week, fresh opportunity.
Every athlete I work with and myself included has one thing that sets the tone for their entire week of training.
Some of these include;
-A non negotiable Monday morning run.
-A Sunday afternoon meal prep ritual.
-Journaling before the week starts.
-Getting to bed at the same time every night.
