KEY:
Train your mind to think good things about yourself. Speak to yourself in the mirror!
Romans 12:2
“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.”
DECREES:
- You are fearfully and wonderfully made.
God did not make a mistake when He created you. You were intentionally designed by Him, and His workmanship is good.
- You are loved by God exactly where you are today.
His love for you is not based on your appearance, your weight, your accomplishments, or your progress. You are already fully loved.
- You are not defined by a mirror, a scale, or the opinions of others.
Your identity is found in Christ, and your worth was established by God long before anyone else's opinion existed.
- You are becoming stronger, healthier, and more disciplined every day.
Even when progress feels slow, growth is happening. Every healthy choice and every act of discipline matters.
- You are a good steward of the body God has given you.
Your body is not your enemy. It is a gift entrusted to you, and you are learning to care for it with wisdom and gratitude.
- You are worthy of love, respect, and kindness.
You do not need to earn acceptance. You are already accepted by God, and you deserve to speak to yourself with the same grace He gives you.
- You are free from comparison.
God has given you your own journey, your own purpose, and your own process. You do not need to become someone else to be valuable.
- You are being transformed from glory to glory.
You are not stuck. You are not failing. God is actively working in you, developing you, and maturing you day by day.
- You are more than your appearance.
Your character, faith, strength, purpose, and relationship with God matter far more than what you see in the mirror.
- You are seen by God through the lens of love.
He sees your potential, your progress, your faithfulness, and the person He created you to become.
