It’s the second one.
Because the second miss is a decision.
That’s where “I slipped” turns into “I’m drifting.”
And we’ve all been there. One day turns into three. Three turns into a week. Then you’re back at square one wondering what happened.
So give yourself grace… but don’t give yourself permission.
You miss once, fine.
You miss twice, now you’re negotiating with the man you said you were becoming.
