Over the past few years of coaching, I’ve noticed a clear pattern.
While I’ve worked with sisters facing many different struggles, the greatest transformations consistently happened with those who were trapped in people-pleasing, lacked healthy boundaries, and had lost themselves trying to keep everyone else happy.
These are not just habits—they’re patterns that often affect relationships, emotional well-being, confidence, and one’s relationship with Allah.
Because of this, I’ve decided to refine my coaching focus.
Going forward, my primary niche will be People-Pleasing Recovery and Boundary Setting through an Islamic lens.
My goal isn’t simply to teach people to say “no.” It’s to help them understand their nafs, overcome unhealthy approval-seeking, build healthy boundaries without guilt, and grow into emotionally resilient Muslims rooted in the Qur’an and Sunnah.
This refinement doesn’t limit my work—it allows me to serve with greater clarity, depth, and effectiveness, in shā’ Allāh.
