I want to thank you, @Yvette Pinchback and @Sarah Davis for helping me get to level 3 so I can post! But mostly I want to thank Yvette and @Sofia Rego for challenging me and putting me outside my box. The conversations you have inside of reflection.. Breathwork.. Journaling and closing your eyes.. These are all things that I have to actually think about. Most things come easily to me, and I avoid the quiet this requires. So even though I do it for a millisecond due to my adhd brain, at least I can say I did it!
