For those of you jumping into the HubFit May Challenge (most workouts completed = FREE month of Nutrition Coaching đŤđĽin June - $100 value), hereâs your friendly reminder: ⨠Yes, challenge yourself. ⨠No, do NOT push to the point of exhaustion. If you normally hit 2â3 workouts/week and now youâre aiming for 5â6, ease in. Listen to your body. Start smart. Hereâs how to keep it safe AND strong: ⢠Do a couple workouts with just bodyweight if you need to ⢠Modify movements anytime ⢠Pushâups too tough on the floor? Do them on the wall ⢠Feeling runâdown? Swap intensity for form and consistency ⢠The goal is progress, NOT injury. And remember - if thereâs a tie, you ALL win. (If a bunch of you crush it, it may take me more than one month to deliver all the free coachingâŚbut I will honor every winner. I hope we have that problem đ And one final note - to qualify, you have to log your workout in the HubFit app (even if you follow the on-demand videos). Just go to the workout, and you'll have to enter the duration of each exercise.
