Welcome to May programming, Movers!
For those of you jumping into the HubFit May Challenge (most workouts completed = FREE month of Nutrition Coaching 🫛🥕in June - $100 value), here’s your friendly reminder:
✨ Yes, challenge yourself.
✨ No, do NOT push to the point of exhaustion. If you normally hit 2–3 workouts/week and now you’re aiming for 5–6, ease in.
Listen to your body.
Start smart.
Here’s how to keep it safe AND strong:
• Do a couple workouts with just bodyweight if you need to
• Modify movements anytime
• Push‑ups too tough on the floor? Do them on the wall
• Feeling run‑down? Swap intensity for form and consistency
• The goal is progress, NOT injury.
And remember - if there’s a tie, you ALL win. (If a bunch of you crush it, it may take me more than one month to deliver all the free coaching…but I will honor every winner. I hope we have that problem 😉
And one final note - to qualify, you have to log your workout in the HubFit app (even if you follow the on-demand videos). Just go to the workout, and you'll have to enter the duration of each exercise. It's a little inconvenient, yes - but it only takes about a minute or so to get it done. 🤸♀️
