Are you feeling more anxious, overwhelmed, and tired than usual?
Have you noticed how most women are feeling more anxious, overwhelmed, and tired right now? Not because their lives suddenly became harder⦠But because the world around is becoming louder, faster, and more distracting than ever. Before we even realise it, a constant stream of negativity begins to affect our nervous system, our hormones, our mood, and the way we see the future. When this happens, it's normal to feel a little disconnected and overwhelmed. But one of the most powerful truths I have learned through working with women over the past two decades is this: š Self-trust is our anchor. No matter what's happening in the world, we understand that our decisions shape our biology, our present, and our future. š The women who remain strong and steady when the world feels chaotic are not necessarily the ones with the easiest lives. They are the women who make intentional choices. š·They focus on the positive, even in challenging times. š·They build strong foundations for their health, physically, emotionally, financially and spiritually. š· Their wellbeing habits become non-negotiable. š· Their belief in themselves becomes unshakable. At every moment, whether you realise it or not, you are making three powerful choices: 1ļøā£ Your focus - Are you focusing on obstacles or opportunities? 2ļøā£ Your narrative - Do you see lifeās challenges as problems, or as blessings in disguise? 3ļøā£ Your actions - Are you reacting from fear, or listening to your intuition and taking aligned steps? This week I invite you to try a simple practice: ⨠Start your day with clarity - Choose what deserves your attention, and what doesnāt. ⨠Choose a new narrative - Ask yourself: What could this situation be teaching me? ⨠Build your self-trust - Write about the challenges you are overcoming and the woman you are becoming. š What is one decision you could make this week that would move your life in a more aligned direction? Share it below! We would love to hear from you. With love and deep reverence,Simone š¹
