Be Kind and Compassionate We don’t compare pain or healing timelines.Speak to others the way you wish to be spoken to — with empathy, grace, and respect. 3. No Judgement or Advice-Giving Without Consent It’s okay to share your experience, but don’t offer advice unless it’s requested.We learn with each other, not at each other. 4. Trauma-Informed, Not Therapy This community and its resources are educational and coaching-based.They do not replace therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.If you’re in crisis, please reach out to your local emergency line or the resources listed in our Crisis Support section. 5. Stay in Integrity No hate speech, discrimination, or bullying.This includes language related to race, gender, sexuality, disability, or trauma experiences.We rise by lifting each other. 6. Trigger Awareness We talk about deep topics here, but we do it gently.If sharing sensitive content, please begin your post with “Trigger Warning:” followed by a brief description. 7. No Promotions or Solicitations This is a sacred space for healing — not marketing. Only Erika and approved contributors may share resources or opportunities here. 8. Engage with Intention You don’t have to post daily, but please check in, comment, or respond when you can. Community healing happens through connection. 9.
