Next Move for Funding After Cleaned Credit?

So,

Transuion (786) is done✅
Experian (758) just needs to remove 8 inquiries
Equifax (680) needs to remove 2 collections and 2 inquiries.

Now I know in a few months or so everything will be cleaned but now I am wondering what’s the next play is? Tryna maximize my funding and stack the right way

Right now I got a 2 year old business but no generated revenue but have:

Paydex (80)
Experian (704)
Equifax Business Delinquency Score (483)

Once everything is cleaned should I go the business route first or personal? My personal only has Capital one & discover credit cards with a 8 year credit history.
