Most people don’t fail because they lack equipment.
They fail because they keep changing their system.
New split.
New program.
New gear.
I’ve owned a lot.
I’ve sold a lot.
And what I keep coming back to is simple:
The stuff you actually do wins.
They hear this in the Fire Service, somebody will ask “what’s the best nozzle (referring to smooth bore, combination, etc)? The answer is “the one on your engine.”
It’s the equipment you have, use it. Commitment to what you already have gives the best results. Earn the upgrade.

Not your perfect scenario.
Not what Instagram says.
Just real life.

- Barbell?
- Full body?
- “Whatever I can fit in today”?
