Up at 4:30 AM this morning, these kids do not sleep in 😂
So I’ve been getting up extra early getting better.
Knocked out Day 4 (conditioning & HIIT), hit a quick treadmill walk, and ran a little circuit to finish.
Fast work. Good sweat. Sets the tone for the whole day.
