Sold my rack.
Not because racks aren’t great, they are.
But this season called for less friction and more consistency.
I’m minimizing my training for the time-being:
  • Free weights
  • Open space
  • Efficiency
My PowerBlocks go up to 100, I’ve got kettlebells, and that covers everything I need to stay strong right now.
This is a good reminder that the best gym setup isn’t the biggest or most impressive, it’s the one you’ll actually use.
