The pathway to Peace…
✨ The Pathway to Peace: Calming the Triple Warmer & Creating a Sacred Connection with Your Energy System Purpose: To gently soothe your body’s stress response and open a safe, sacred space of trust and harmony with your own energy. 🌿 The Practice 1. Find your comfort.Sit or lie down in a position that feels supportive. Rest your hands wherever they naturally want to be—on your lap, over an area of discomfort, gently at your sides, or palms down on the chair’s armrest. 2. Drop out of your mind, softly say hello to your energy system. Acknowledge its sacredness, its infinite love, wisdom, and knowing. This is you—the deepest, truest you. 3. Begin the conversation. From a place of deep respect, awe, and wonder, ask your energy system four gentle, curious questions. Trust that your system already knows exactly what is needed to bring you back into balance. Listen inwardly for its response—whether through sensations, emotions, images, or simply a quiet knowing. The Four Sacred Questions 🌸 1. I wonder… what does it feel like to release all stress and tension from my body? Allow your energy system to respond in its own time—maybe instantly, maybe after a few moments. You might give it permission: It’s safe to let go. Notice any sensations—buzzing, tingling, warmth, loosening—whatever arises is perfect for you. When the release feels complete, offer a heartfelt thank you before moving on. 🌸 2. I wonder… what does it feel like to release all the hidden tension—tension I’m not even aware of? Observe any subtle shifts or waves of release. You may feel energy moving through your hands or body. When it feels complete, thank your energy system again. 🌸 3. I wonder… what does it feel like to be healthy? Sense into this one deeply. If your body has been unwell, your energy system might be surprised at the question—as if remembering, Oh yes… health is possible. Allow it to recall and move toward that state. When you sense the shift, give thanks once more. 🌸 4. I wonder… what does it feel like to be at peace?

Root Chakra
- Being Grounded is so important right now. - The Root Chakra is Located at the base of the spine (perineum/tailbone). - Represents grounding, survival, stability, and physical health. - Governs basic needs (food, shelter, security) and the fight-or-flight response. - When balanced, we feel safe, confident, and connected to the present moment. The Root of Fear & Survival Instincts The Root Chakra is where our deepest fears and insecurities reside. These often stem from: - Childhood conditioning (Did I feel safe growing up? Was survival a struggle?) - Ancestral trauma (Unresolved fears passed down through generations). - Societal programming (Scarcity mindsets, fear-based control). When we are in a constant state of stress or survival mode, the Root Chakra becomes blocked or overactive, leading to: Anxiety, insecurity, financial struggles. Feeling disconnected, restless, or “ungrounded.” Physical symptoms like lower back pain, immune issues, or adrenal fatigue. Breaking Survival Patterns & Rewiring the Brain for Security Since the Root Chakra is linked to survival instincts, we must rewire the mind to feel safe—both physically and emotionally. ✅ Shift from Fear to Trust: - Recognize fear as a learned response, not a permanent truth. - When fear arises, pause and ask: “Is this a real danger or an old belief?” - Replace fear-driven thoughts with: “I am safe. I am supported.” ✅ Calm the Nervous System to Reprogram Survival Mode: - Deep belly breathing (Diaphragmatic breathing): Signals the body it is safe. - Grounding exercises: Walk barefoot, touch the earth, or visualize roots from your feet. - Somatic healing: Move the body (yoga, dance, stretching) to release stored fear. ✅ Small, Consistent Actions Create a New Reality: - The mind learns safety through repetition. - Build a daily grounding ritual (morning meditation, slow walks, mindful breathing). - Take one small step daily toward security (e.g., saving money, decluttering, setting boundaries).
